The District Administration has issued orders banning vehicle movement on Squardon Leader Devayya Circle-Indira Gandhi Circle Road in the town to facilitate the road concreting work between July 24th and 31st.
The road from Squardon Leader Devayya circle to Indira Gandhi Circle will be redone with concrete. The work will commence from June 24th and will be completed by July 21st. hence, the movement of vehicles will be banned on this road during the period of the work.
Vehicles will have to take alternate routes to reach their destinations.. Buses plying between Madikeri and Somwarpet will have to take GT Circle-Mysore Road-Sampigekatte route. Vehicles plying between private bus stand and Ganapathi street should take the Junior College Road-Dasavala Road.
