A. You can pay through the following Credit Cards - MasterCard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER or JCB. All Major Debit Cards & Payments through Net Banking of all Major banks are also accepted.

Q. How long will it be for me to receive the reservation details after the booking?
A. Reservations are Instant. You will receive the details in few seconds after the booking.

Q. Is the Reservation Gauranteed by the Accommodation or Tour Operator?
A. Yes, the reservation is gauranteed on behalf of the accommodation or the tour provider. As soon as you make the booking, the accommodation provider or the tour operater is alerted by the system about the booking you have made.Please note that the accommodation and the tour providers update their inventory on Coorg.com.
All inventory available is in real-time. And once you make the reservation, the homestay staff or the tour operator will give you a courtesy call within 48 hours.

Q.What is the Cancellation Policy ?
A.
Normal Cancellation Policy:
If the guest cancel their reservation before 7 Days of Check-In Date, they will receive 80% of the amount paid, refunded back. If the guest cancel their reservation between 7 to 2 Days of Check-in Date, they will receive 50% of the amount paid, refunded back. If the guest cancel their reservation within 2 Days(48 Hours) of Check-in Date, there will be no refund. But, the guest will have an option of putting their reservation on-hold and postpone or prepone their booking to any other dates that are available to be reserved. There will be no extra charge to prepone or postpone the reservation(other than in December Month)***. Once the booking is put on-hold, preponed or postponed, no cancellation request will be allowed or refund will be issued against the request. ***December Month: In December month, some homestays and hotels increase their tariff. If the guest want to postpone or prepone their on-hold reservation to any dates in the December Month, then extra charges may be applicable.
Covid-19 or Otherwise Cancellation Policy:
If there is a lockdown in Coorg or tourism activities are not allowed – by government order, then the guests will be refunded 90% of the amount paid for the booking. Guests have an option to keep their booking on-hold and postpone it to any future dates. There will not no extra charge for the same. But, if the guests will request a cancellation, then 10% will be treated as the cancellation charge and 90% of the amount paid by the guests will be refunded. Incase the guests book any package tour through us again in the future, the 10% cancellation charge will be adjusted with the booking amount for the new reservation.

Q. How can I contact the accomodation provider or the cab driver?
A. Do not worry about that. They will contact you after your reservation. The details are directly routed to them after the online reservation.

Q.I received an email stating that my booking couldnt be confirmed? Ooops, what happens now?
A.Under very few(0.01%) circumstances, you may receive communication from the accomodation provider that the booking cannot be confirmed. It may be so - due to unforeseen circumstances at their end. Do Not Panic. Do Not Worry. Your payment is safe. Email us at: support@coorg.com and we will help you out. You will be provided alternative accommodation or tour package of Your Choice or FULL REFUND, whatever the guests likes. Guest is the King or Queen for us! Expect Royal Treatment.
