A. Reservations are Instant. You will receive the details in few seconds after the booking.

Q. Is the Reservation Gauranteed by the Accommodation or Tour Operator?
A. Yes, the reservation is gauranteed on behalf of the accommodation or the tour provider. As soon as you make the booking, the accommodation provider or the tour operater is alerted by the system about the booking you have made.Please note that the accommodation and the tour providers update their inventory on Coorg.com.
All inventory available is in real-time. And once you make the reservation, the homestay staff or the tour operator will give you a courtesy call within 48 hours.

Q.What is the Cancellation Policy ?
A.Cancellations received between 30 days to 8 days of arrival date, will incur 10% charge of the total booking amount. Cancellations received within 7 days to 3 days of Check-In date will incur 50% charge for the entire stay. No Cancellation is allowed if the booking is cancelled within 3 days of Check-In. But, the Guests have an option to pre-pone or postpone their bookings at no extra charge. Once the booking is pre-poned or postponed, no cancellation request will be entertained or refund will be issued against the request. But the guest will still have the option to pre-pone or postpone the booking further, to other dates of their choices.

Q. How can I contact the accomodation provider or the cab driver?
A. Do not worry about that. They will contact you after your reservation. The details are directly routed to them after the online reservation.

Q.I received an email stating that my booking couldnt be confirmed? Ooops, what happens now?
A.Under very few(0.01%) circumstances, you may receive communication from the accomodation provider that the booking cannot be confirmed. It may be so - due to unforeseen circumstances at their end. Do Not Panic. Do Not Worry. Your payment is safe. Email us at: [email protected] and we will help you out. You will be provided alternative accommodation or tour package of Your Choice or FULL REFUND, whatever the guests likes. Guest is the King or Queen for us! Expect Royal Treatment.
