NCC Day celebrated at Kudige Sainik School

Thekkada Bhavani, first Indian woman to get trained at Mt. Ruapehu in New Zealand

After pegging the National Flag atop Mount Elbrus, the highest mountain in Russia, T.N. Bhavani of Coorg has one more feather in her cap in being the first Indian woman to have undergone training at the Mount Ruapehu, an acclaimed Stratovolcano in New Zealand.
