The Karnataka Kodava Sahitya Academy has announced the Academy Award winners for 2012-13. Litterateur Bacharaniyanda Appanna from Kushalnagar, Madikeri AIR announcer Koopadeera(Koopadira) Sharada Nanjappa and Kodava folk artiste Medara Thani are the winners. The awards will be presented to them in January.
