Payment Rules & Regulations - For Reservations

• Booking for accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of full prior payment.
• In case of bookings made well ahead for a planned itinerary, 50% advance payment may be made at the time of booking, and the balance 50% should be paid one month prior to the date of arrival.
• On receipt of the payment, a confirmation cum booking voucher will be issued.
• Bookings made without payment as mentioned above, will be held purely as tentative/provisional bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice. The onus is on the client to keep track of the status of the tentative/provisional bookings.

Our Bank Accounts for NEFT or Cash Deposit:

Most of the banks in india process NEFT payments from 09:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M. hours on weekdays and 09:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. hours on Saturdays. So, if the client sends across the NEFT payment before 4.00 PM on weekdays , the payment should be received by us on the same day.

Kindly note: When adding us as a payee while doing and NEFT Transfer, some banks may not allow to add special characters like "." in the payee's name. If you are facing such an issue, then you may add our name as " COORG COM ITINERARY SERVICES ", without the dot, "." .

Terms & Conditions

1. Transfers to and from the destination are not included in the tariffs, unless specified on the webpage or mentioned in the itinerary.
2. Tariff for children (accompanying parents) between 5 and 12 yrs is 50%.
3. Complimentary for children below 5 yrs.

Payment Mode

For Indians:

• NEFT (Online Banking):  We accept payment through NEFT Transfer (Net Banking), to any of our accounts with ICICI, HDFC, ING Vysya and SBI bank.
• Cash Deposit: You can also deposit cash to any of our current accounts through any of their branches across India.
• Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Cards. The payment is processed through PAYPAL. When paying through PayPal the INR amount is converted to USD equivalent and charged to your card.

For Foreigners:

• Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Cards. The payment is processed through PAYPAL.
• Wire Transfer: We accept wire transfers from any country in USD or EURO.

Cancellation Rules

• All requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings should be emailed to us at cancellations@coorg.com.

• Cancellation/Refund charges:
  
1. 90 % of the tariff will be refunded if cancelled before 15 days of check-in date.
2. 60 % of tariff shall be refunded for cancellation before 8 days of check-in date.
3. 50 % of tariff shall be refunded for cancellation before 4 days of check-in date.
4. No refund for cancellation for less than 3 days before check-in date.
