A. Reservations are Instant. You will receive the details in few seconds after the booking.
Q. Is the Reservation Gauranteed by the Accommodation or Tour Operator?
A. Yes, the reservation is gauranteed on behalf of the accommodation or the tour provider. As soon as you make the booking, the accommodation provider or the tour operater is alerted by the system about the booking you have made.Please note that the accommodation and the tour providers update their inventory on Coorg.com.
All inventory available is in real-time. And once you make the reservation, the homestay staff or the tour operator will give you a courtesy call within 48 hours.
Q.What is the Cancellation Policy ?
A. Cancel anytime before 1 Week of Check-In and you will receive 90% of the amount paid back. If you cancel within 1 Week of Check-In, you will recieve only 50% of the amount paid, back. But note one thing that - The Guests have an option to postpone their bookings to any other available dates at no Charge.If you cant make it, you can also transfer the booking to your friends or family, at no Charge.
Q.Do you charge any booking fees, cancellation or hidden fees?
A. No.Coorg.com does not charge any booking, cancellation or any other stupid fees to the guests making a reservation through the Online Reservation System. We do not burden or fleece guests with that kind of non-sense.
Q. How can I contact the accomodation provider or the tour operator?
A. The contact details of the accommodation provider and the tour operator are clearly mentioned on their official websites or pages. If you have any queries before making a booking, you can call them up.
Q.I received an email stating that my booking couldnt be confirmed? Ooops, what happens now?
A.Under very few(0.01%) circumstances, you may receive communication from the accomodation or tour provider that the booking cannot be confirmed. It may be so - due to unforeseen circumstances at their end. Do Not Panic. Do Not Worry. Your payment is safe. Email us at: email@example.com and we will help you out. You will be provided alternative accommodation or tour package of Your Choice or FULL REFUND, whatever the guests likes. Guest is the King or Queen for us! Expect Royal Treatment.
